The service
Cliqtrail provides AI chat and voice agents, including Nuri, on a subscription basis as described in your plan.
Your account
You are responsible for your account, the content you provide to train Nuri and how Nuri is used with your customers.
Acceptable use
Do not use Cliqtrail for unlawful, deceptive or harmful purposes, or to process data you have no right to process.
Billing
Fees are billed in advance monthly or yearly. You can cancel at the end of any billing period.
Liability
The service is provided as described in your agreement. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 12 months.
